What is the history behind MOBY?

This is the most exciting step the The Horizontal Paul Music Project has taken since I first started nearly three years ago..

I had always intended to start this part of my project myself after achieving the target figure for my own medical treatment, but the project has gained such a great deal of interest that we have launched the project.

In the early days I had such a hard time. I was having no problem getting my local radio station to play my music, but I had no way of getting the finished track recorded onto an acceptable format. I remember connecting the output of my 4 Track into the mic input and using the cassette of my hi-fi system to make my first demo. The result was really rough, but I had no choice. I approached a company who was supposed to specialise in home recording, and was let down four times before it dawned on me they were never going to keep the appointments I made.

I made a promise to myself then, that if it was possible, I would use any means available to create a FREE mobile recording service for the disabled, so that nobody would have to go through the hardship I have gone through to make a demo recording....
